We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered in 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders above ₹500
Standard charges apply for orders below ₹500
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship with trusted partners like BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, and Amazon.
Will I get tracking details?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via SMS & email, and you can also track it on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, Razorpay, PhonePe, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere?
Yes, COD is available across India. However, COD orders require verification via call before dispatch.
Do you charge extra for COD?
No, there are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery.

We offer a 7-day return window. Personal care items are non-returnable.
Do I need to make an unboxing video?
Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment source (or bank account for COD) within 8–15 business days.
